5) 265 patents global portfolio
6) DCVax-Direct
7) Mercks golden egg Keytruda (currently $14 billion revenue a year) being pushed on its patent expiration date
8) Pembrolizumab and ATL-DC

The chain of events will determine how fast SP will rise and also put the knuckles on BP, not least Merck, with regards to how long "they're able to wait". With the Duffy story in mind though, I'm quite confident, that we've a red phone communication setup.
