If we are dependent on the government reforming for the Phase 3 to pass muster then NWBO is well and truly out of luck. The sick joke that is Right to Try is an example. Reform is at best a long and drawn out process and if something drags on long enough it is functionality never, particularly if you are a GBM investor.
