There was a ~15 percent increase in the float y/o/y with 124 million newly issued shares, which placed significant downward pressure on the stock price, especially in the 4th quarter as warrants were reaching their expiration and there was typical end of year selling.

Now that those warrants have been exhausted for the most part, other than those held by insiders, it shouldn’t take much to see some rebound.
