Yes exactly you accuse LP/NWBO management of stringing investors, shareholders those providing finances along by pretending the trial did not fail and building a CDMO from that money and THUS breaking about a dozen SEC /FDA accounts.

Also you accuse Dr Liau supporting the taking of money from desperate patients looking for a last resort compassionate treatment knowing fully well DCVA L does not work.
Moreover, you are accusing the FDA of corruption for not revoking the license to treat patients on grounds of compasionate for a treatment the FDA by know knows it does not work.

In other words, you are saying NWBO management and Dr Laiu and Dr Bosch all are criminals and the FDA is in it too.
