Agree. What I'm thinking is this was done on purpose. Lower the price. Knowing the filing would cause a massive panic sell off. Then the insiders and the couple of institutions could swoop in and pick up millions and millions of SUPER cheap shares.

Might mean the completed merger is about to be announced? One week? Two?

Just a theory. Like all the other ones here. But a real possibility.
