750M shares traded today, which only a small fraction were retail traders (us). If you noticed, the total Vol. of shares during the Sell-Off upon the news was barely 50M whereas the total Vol. of Buys after it bottomed out was in the 100's of Mill.
So, I'm inclined to believe you that the 'mistake' in their Nov. 3rd Reg. filing was a manipulation on their part to affect a sell-off, & thereby the stock price.
