I actually believe Cofer Black’s role with NWBO was his access to other government officials he’s come into contact over the years, particularly in the White House. It appeared that the real interference was mobilized at the agency level, not so much with the private sector.

I’m afraid to know what he’s been involved with that’s not been reported. The various insurgencies in West Africa is really nasty stuff, like something out of Apocalypse Now.
