I don’t know where this misinformation is coming from.
It’s plain to see that Asher was in this for the money and couldn’t have cared less about DBMM the company.
We know WHY Linda went to Asher for money - it was because the company WAS BROKE!
Why would Cramer (Asher) want ownership of a company that was PLAINLY insolvent!!?? He wanted ONE THING and that was money.
When Linda STIFFED him, he asked the courts for a MONETARY Judgment!
When Linda refused, the only thing the judge could do is give him the only thing Linda had that was worth SOMETHING (even though it wasn’t even worth what the judgement was for).
And we can now see that Cramer was so reluctant to have anything to DO with ownership of a little hot dog stand, he took FAR LESS than he was owed - just so he wouldn’t HAVE to take ownership!
It’s all very plain to see. All one has to do is to actually read the record of what happened.
