I do have to wonder why in the super 10K filed, they state a figure of $85K as the final payment. Then changed it in the very next 10K to $65K.

But it did say the litigation was “ongoing”.

I guess the company was only worth $65K then?

Doesn’t matter. Asher didn’t WANT the company. They only wanted the money owed to them.
