Q, I believe Duffy was also a Founder of WEIT, not only the Chairman. I don't know how many other (if any) of those technologies were brought to Kraus besides the one in question. Neither do I know anything about any alleged lawsuits. All the info I supplied can probably be confirmed by Kraus. At this point, you have received enough information to make any fair-minded person seriously question the validity of their accusations against Duffy.

The next time I speak with Duffy, I will ask him to provide any readily available evidence to support the narrative I've outlined for you. (I do recall him mentioning previously that he has stacks of material supporting his ownership of stock in CTSO as a result of the RM.)
