I have a nice recipe that my son and my ex-wife think is the best thing I cook, and I have taken cooking classes for a few years many years ago. Completely from scratch, so a little bit of work, but amazing. Indian cuisine is also one of my favorites. I add sauteed onions and bell peppers to give it a little more texture.
