Exactly. It’s quite clear what ACTUALLY happened and it’s part of the legal record of DBMM.

In lay terms:

1. DBMM broke the loan contract with Asher.

2. It went to a federal court and the judge ruled against DBMM, said “Pay Asher $122K!

3. Linda paid a tithe of the requested amount ($25K), and tried to get Asher to accept it.

4. Asher refused and appealed to the court.

5. Since DBMM refused to pay the entire amount, the court awarded the entire company to Asher.

6. Linda crawled over and offered an additional $85K to settle the conflict. Asher didn’t even WANT the company, just the money owed.

7. $110K was the amount of settlement and Linda got her crappy little company back!
