Diver, I agree with you completely, but frankly can't understand why. I know that many Institutions aren't supposed to invest in OTC's, or stocks under $5, but by the same token, I know they can by purchasing and selling within the same quarter. I don't know how much of this is happening.

I know many individual investors who invest in much the same way, they aren't interested in stocks under $1, or $5, but give them news that the stocks moved from $.70 to $5 and they're in with both feet. The beauty is that people like us can purchase multiple times the shares for the same money, the key however is not for us to sell it to them when it's at their threshold. If most of us small investors don't sell, instead of $5 they'll either be paying $10 or more, or the MM's and Institutions will convince the company to meet their demands with an offering which provides funds for the company.

Imagine what happens if none of us sell, even a single share, below $10, I don't think it will take much time to reach $10, how about not below $20. It won't happen, some here may profit nicely and sell at $2, but it would really be nice if we held on for $20.

Happy Holidays,

Gary
