Bitcoin appears to have bottomed, and this is what is driving the Altcoins higher.
Bitcoin moves the tide. If Bitcoin has bottomed and is now rising, then a rising tide floats all boats (altcoins AND miners). Same early Oct to mid Nov chart pattern.
