I'm not comparing actipatch to hydroxychloroquine, AT ALL. I was merely citing a particular drug as an example. It's just that a doctor, in this day and age, can't prescribe anything they want anymore.
Somebody made a comment that a doctor can prescribe anything they want. Not true in 2021 anymore. I guess technically he or she could, but there could be ramifications, in 2021.
