Great stuff. Yes, I can see how you can build in those settings into Multi-X and make it work in a similar fashion. The only caveat I will say is that I have not noticed consistently strong results when using the backtesting part of the Multi-X strategy with leveraged ETFs. Generally low percentage or negative percentage for gains or # of winning trades. I chalked that up the nature of decay in the leveraged ETFs. The only notable exception is BOIL which performs nicely especially on the daily.
