There is no "to me". Dilution is a defined basic financial concept, and the definition does not include anything to do with Authorized shares. Dilution is when additional shares are issued, increasing the outstanding shares, diluting the shareholders equity stake.

Even better, authorized shares can be increased without causing any dilution, if the company doesn't issue new shares to increase the outstanding shares.
