Yes... the certification allows them to produce DCVax-L. I'm not arguing that.

It also allows them to produce a lot of other drugs that fall under the same manufacturing guidelines. It is not specific to DCVax-L.

If this were specific to DCVax alone, why would NWBO reveal that they have submitted their application using the following language (from the May 12 PR):

On May 7, the application package was submitted to the MHRA requesting the certification of the Sawston facility to produce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) clinical grade medical products for patients.

Why wouldn't they just say "to produce DCVax products"? Is it, perhaps, because they didn't get certified to produce just DCVax products? And that they, perhaps, are certified to produce all walks of GMP clinical grade medical products?

Give me a link showing that this certification is specific to DCVax.
