Yes, the cross above happens at the blue triangle and the cross below happens at the red x at the the completion of that bar. The actual buy or sell ( up or down arrow) happens at the start of the next bar. The buy/sell arrows are what is actually embedded in the Indicator Strategy back test. My tendency is to buy before completion of the bar or somewhere in the body of the bar that crosses. I get jumpy and check a shorter timeframe to see if it looks good. The triangles and x signals can flicker on and off as the bar develops.
