Thanks alm. Honestly it remains to be seen what will happen at oral argument.

The reality is that having reviewed the papers, the Panel will have likely mostly made up their minds before we even enter the courtroom, although there is certainly room for persuasion, and they likely have questions and concerns which need to be addressed. Hopefully we will not be facing a hostile Bench like Singer did, and that it will be our adversaries' turn to once and for all, face some heat.
