newman, two different things. We have standing to file this appeal, because we filed the original application seeking Rule 60/24 relief. However the underlying issue is the right to intervene and standing which were the grounds for Judge Du denying the original application. So the appellate hearing is to decide whether Judge Du was wrong in originally denying our application.
