The reality is that the composition of the Panel is a huge issue. The identity of the referee or umpire should not determine the outcome of the game, but the reality is that it often does. However, even if we get the identical Panel that Amarin had last time, all hope is not lost, as these are different issues, two of those Judges entered a favorable decision this past year on our issues.
