Well in the post-Covid world, the answers are ever-changing, tke. As of now, I will be there in-person, along with my "plus one" at counsel table, our very own North. Live audio like in Singer's argument, will be available. When I looked a couple months ago, I thought the protocols were strict with no audience members, but in today's notice which I linked, it appeared to suggest that there is an area for live attendees. I suggest checking with the Federal Circuit Clerk's office as to whether they allow live audience attendees.
