I'm confused. If we have a new DSPP offering with news shares that eligible for dividends, how will these be differentiated from existing ZNOG shares?

Why would ZN muddy the waters? They should have simply offered a new units rights offering at 100 shares at current market value with 100 $1 exercisable warrants (basically a free $1 call). I would buy that up hard.
