Not sure if this has been floated out there (as I've been working to make some EOY deadlines and don't have time to catch up), but perhaps these big sales are out of the shelf offering and this is part of a partnership agreement where whomever they are partnering with buys X number of shares (or x% of the company) at the end of trading day price over a few days. Assuming these are newly released shares, these numbers from the last 2 days combined come close to being 1% of the shares outstanding.
I'm just throwing out thoughts, nothing else to really go on other than the prevailing MM theories people float don't seem to fit.
