My post was in response to this statement:

Too bad those bad ZNOG executives and directors are too dumb to understand the effect that would have on their option values.

My point is that the people in position to have the best handle on the future value of ZNOG's shares are very clearly using their self issued derivatives to dilute ZNOG's equity - at a rather rapid rate.

ZNOG hasn't updated the "float" number since July 1st, but shares held at DTC alone are nearly 150% higher than the entire July 1 float.
