Well, there are 2.1 billion unrestricted shares so, to establish a control block, 100% of the restricted shares and a significant portion of the unrestricted shares are needed for control. Again I say, control, not a small court case that can be resolved with indemnifications, is the fly in the ointment. Humbly presenting what I consider obvious.
