No one here said this would be an instant pop up village. Even tpt clarified that the project stretches over 5 years. The fact that SWA is commencing today (per the pod cast) is great validation that things are ‘starting’. And when things get started, people and companies get paid. That is not pumping. It’s just straight forward project management and execution.

All the other projects also will start falling inline.

I keep seeing people complaining that things are taking too long. It just points to some people wanting to just flip and get out. Anyone is welcome to do it but don’t complain that the project is now real and moving forward after stating it wasn’t real or not happening.

2022 will bring funds to start the other procedures for a ~5 year development project.
