Laughable. In case you haven't heard, the SEC went public yesterday as to where this investigation is going, it isn't Cytodyn. Oh wait! Was Andrew Citron mentioned in the SEC pr? Yep!
Didn't Nader warn him? Yep!
As I recall, Citron published a report that dreaded day then after the SP crash, he took it down...awwwww shame shame.
