Would you want access to a product that would probably extend your life, improve the quality of your remaining time? The answer is obvious and this is why the product needs to be made available.

The trial was poorly constructed, went on forever, did not meet its primary endpoints. With that said DVAXL does work and does save and extend life's. So the company is left in a position of arguing for the value of the product but can not use the trial to support its position.
