The solar projects are a necessity to counter the carbon credits. One solar company was not going to get it done. If you go back and watch that last CC Chokey explained there has to be a balance. The guy after him tried to say he would need to sell multiple solar contracts a week, possibly per day to off set the carbon credits. That is not going to happen with just one solar installer, multiple companies was inevitable to keep the balance.
