I was referring to most every politician in any office of any political stripe I have witnessed in my lifetime since I really started paying attention with Johnson. And as to the other poster accusing me of using a metaphor: No, I was replying to your use of throwing a flag in sports as a metaphor.
And I am not limiting my observation only to occupants of the White House.
Most on this board try to tie every comment to being pro-Trump or anti-Trump. That was not the basis of my comment.
Trump and Biden, the two most recent Presidents, are two particular examples of horribly shitty politicians. But they are most recent in memory. There are many shitty presidents before them like Johnson, Nixon, Carter, both Bushes, Clinton (and his wife), Obama, the list seems endless. I don't think anyone worth a damn wants the job. It is a sad state of affairs.
The most prolific posters on this board are so polarized that they cannot or will not realize that they are being played by both the politicians they like and the ones they hate. I will not fall into such a trap.
I don't expect my opinion to be popular here. I think they are all shit while you are so hung up on the 4 years of the Trump admin that all you can reply is "But what about the Orange Dude?" I am using the generic or indefinite "you" here, not you specifically. And I try to avoid "whataboutisms" (Zeus, I hate that word!)
