Cognate has a factory and lots of other business. It was worth what it was worth because it has contracts, including contracts with NWBO for production.

A company like that is valued for its relationships, value and uniqueness in the space it is creating in terms of industry. That is probably not as much as it might have been worth in 10 years, but it would have gotten there slowly. With CRL, they can accelerate their growth.
