Specially as there is no real reason for the fall' other than it happens.
Only when the chart says so. I suppose I am the only one on this board who isn't surprised the price is where it is today. The risk/reward is too high for Wall Street support - as indicated by this chart I shared several weeks ago:
Severe technical damage has occurred the past few years.
From a TA perspective, strong stocks get stronger. Weak stocks get weaker.
I'm not too sure management understands this law of the jungle.
