RMB, I understand. I needed to cover some LT gains and went ahead and took a $100k loss to cover. Fortunately (or unfortuanately) I sold at $4.66 and now I can buy back at ~$3.50. I will pay the STCG to get this ride over with if we can get a BO or a Rule 60 win, or send the infringement case forward. Something positive has to happen.
