That is a bit misleading since the last annual report was for the year 2020 and we are almost through 2021 and the annual report won't be out for 4 months. The 2021 quarterly filings did not have this language

The 10-K for each of the last 6 years had the statement and none of the 10-Qs did. That this year is exactly like the last 6 does not make for some big news. What is so complicated?

Also, your fast track comment is misleading. Read my prior post about project orbis and starting around p3 topline data availability.

My point about fast track was 100% correct and not misleading.

The fact that NWBO has not yet announced they have for Fast-Track, BreakThrough Designation or RMAT should be a red flag. Why do they not yet have that when all could have been obtained years ago if there is not some undisclosed elephant?
