I agree that the Constitution would be up to the task if allowed to be followed. The court stacking which I agree was a foul by the turtle is just a symptom of ignoring "norms" and the law in general.

If there were a balance of infractions it would not make it right, and I see the difficulty of prosecuting crooked leaders without having it seem like political retribution. T***** had no qualms in doing blatant retribution, so any claims of both sides being at fault is like an elephant versus a mouse on a seesaw. Where the left is weak is at prosecuting criminal and civil acts is not quite the same as committing the crimes. Schumer is a weak link in the chain, and Garland is not exactly auditioning for a Profile in Courage award. I think Biden is basically right in mostly staying out of it, let a competent DOJ do their job, but they are still recovering from their wounds inflicted by the shitgibbon and his forces.

They are still secondary problems to the actual bullshit crimes and ignoring civility occurring on the right. They seem to find no standard that cannot be lowered. Switching out a few of the players on the left is more easy than the switching off the flow of blatant bad behavior on the right left unchecked.
