Yes DD, mine was a statement that I did not know and with a question posed as well - but not what you imply.
I did not know what will stop the general tribal warfare, bickering, etc,.. and stalemate in Congress.

You want specific solutions, then let's get it done right here

And no, I don't have the background to make a civics manifesto
Using existing constitutional framework
 - which is what is being attacked and dismantled.
Like I said .. not my point - point was to the actual present state of discourse
Between opposing parties and the public like here on this messy board

But on that side..
Trump was outrageous every day for 4 years and got away with it.

And yes, what you call pie in the sky I say try something new.
There is enough laws on the books to right this ship
They obviously aren't being enforced.
The way the Supreme Court was stacked was illegal to my mind
Stalling and blocking legislation illegal
Must be some teeth in that Constitution to stop the coup/weakening of this democracy.

Need some binding arbitration
Put all the data into IBM's Watson
And it will give the most probable answer
I think all the likely and past criminal activity will reveal itself
