This is very ambitious and interesting. But as much as I like frequent trading this is a lot even for me. I do agree that a rising tide will lift all alts at some point. I think if I was flipping daily I would end up just chart watching and trying to time price action which is what I do in my fun corner of the sand box., although I have let it grow to about half the sand box this week. I was tempted to flip from ETH to BTC but it looks to be have pulled back without serious damage and hopefully starting to swing up again.
