I disagree with regards to Coulson. I do agree with the approach brokers took. I feel that the brokers' attitude though was dead inventory with terrible turns. Brokers should always take the high ground, which should also entail allowing no entries with a fractional share purchase. Of course .. it seems their high ground with regards to the expert market was simply turns being extremely low. Too low.
