You might be right, yet you might be wrong. If people think this stock won't rise until TLD is delivered will likely miss out on a big rise leading up. I saw this with AVXL prior to Feb 4. Some sold early in the year, because new trial results weren't coming until Q2. Then out of the blue comes a huge 100M share day driving the price from $7 to $28, on absolutely no news... no PR.

It'll likely happen here too... thus, it's risky to be short on shares (pun intended) when that day comes. In the words of Dirty Harry: "Do you feel lucky, punk?"
