Noticed that PHIL currently has 28,578,055,259 outstanding common shares.

It’s amazing PHIL could have that many shares today considering PHIL actually reduced the amount of outstanding shares significantly with an accounting trick, a 1 share for 1,500 share reverse split in 2012.

Funny because hypothetically, if you backed out that reverse split accounting trick from 2012, PHIL would have over 42 TRILLION common shares!

28,578,055,259 shares outstanding X 1500 = 42,867,082,888,500

Like I said, PHIL is nothing but a big share selling dilution scam IMO. When I crunch the numbers this much is clear.
