I was examining PHIL’s 10-Q’s and 10-K’s going back the last 10 years. IMO, PHIL is a dilution scam structure. Just take a look at the billions and billions of new share issuance over the years. PHIL now has more than 28 BILLION common shares issued and outstanding. 28 BILLION common shares!!!! ROTFL

What’s the definition of worthless paper? PHIL common shares.

PHIL is a big share selling dilution scam IMO.
