On your second point. Yes, hopefully the new definition will allow more clearer identification of efficacious treatments. Even setting aside DCVax for a second, it was scientifically highly appropriate to redefine GBM.

Secondary GBM, which is no longer considered GBM, is less aggressive when untreated compared to the other types.
