IMHO, if one day FDA agree with new SAP and clinical.gov being updated properly similar to European and British agency. Then NWBO SP will suddenly return to $2s then keeps going higher because TLD news will be out very soon. That is what company is waiting for!
Remember why NWBO ran from less than $1 to over $2 in very short period of time last year?? Because new SAP was accepted by European & British agencies.
Canada agency will pretty much follow FDA's decision. As soon as any news from FDA regarding new SAP. Buyers will jump back in right away....
This is all my opinion. I think it is making sense why NWBO is at 81 cents now. Nothing to do with market, nothing to do with covid-19.
