had the hold was for failure, I bet FDA would not have lifted the hold.

They did lift CVM's enrollment hold when they changed the trial to enrollment complete. And we know that was futility..

So NWBO's changes it's trial to enrollment complete, and the FDA lifts the hold.

It is basic logic here. If the FDA is saying teh trial can continue but not enroll and the replies by saying enrollment is now complete, the FDA has no grounds to reject the response.
