Pardon my hijacking of the thread, but I saw something that you might find interesting. Your posts sometimes include links to Washington Post articles.

Last year I purchased a subscription to WaPo Online using some sort of promotion. I think it was on the order of $25 for the year. I received a reminder email advising that my subscription would auto-renew at the regular rate of $ 100 unless I logged in to cancel.

I logged in and selected "cancel." It asked me why I was canceling. One of the choices was "too expensive."

It immediately offered me the 1 year for $ 9.99. I took it.

Bezos will get just a little bit out of me on this one.
