Canes, what you found shows that you are not incorrect. There is a lack of specificity in a number of his posts wrt purchasing or selling of shares but I don't know of any requirement to tell everyone out there exactly what a person is doing. Gotta hope that at this price level that every possible negative is in the stock price and any good news changes the market's perception and we rise from here.

No question in my mind that something on the legal front that overturns Du's decision would be the quickest and strongest mover of the stock (outside of a BO).
