The trial itself may have been the reason for slowness, and the expected change to OS as the primary measure, as well as changes at the FDA that would make completing the trial more easy to be fully approvable.

If you know a policy is about to change that will make an approval more certain, why would you rush to get permission on the legacy basis not intended for trials like yours and which therefore might not be the correct decision?

You have heard that old story of the tortoise and the hare? It actually quite frequently has very real implications. That’s why it is such an amusing and often retold story.

Also, if they are not actually being secret and everyone knows already, then why complain if you already know everything. I do not think that, but you’re complaining they are quiet but nothing is a secret. I don’t really even get that last part. How is that even possible and how is it then that they are being quiet? Do you have inside info? I don’t. I do not perceive that others do either.
