The Rising Influence of Rising Affluence

DE is a great company and today's breakout from the strike induced downward trend is good news. My excitement about DE is somewhat tempered by the lack of Wall Street commitment as seen in the A/D line above. Also both the industrial sector and the commercial vehicle industry have been quite weak compared to the SPX.

I think the industrial sector has a good chance to outperform the SPX in 2022 based on the infrastructure bill and rising interest rates but it still seems a bit early. JMO of course.
